Correct capitalization, patch up grammar and idiom.
Regularized capital letters in <title> lines. Changed a dependent
clause and made it independent. Smoothed out some bumpy verbiage
in the "History" section. Removed superfluous verbiage. Clarified
some trounbleshooting advice.
