afterlfs: several fixes
- Use <emphasis role="bold"> for bold, instead of <command>.
- Remove "X window" as some graphical environments are Wayland-based.
- "Full BLFS" -> "BLFS", and "partial BLFS" -> "basic LFS" (I guess some
content is copied from Basic BLFS).
